Promotes parent education
by working with others in the community. The chairperson makes information
available on and promotes programs and projects dealing with issues
affecting children and youth and which help parents become more actively
involved in all areas of concern. The chairperson promotes parent education
study courses and encourages application for the Parent Education Award.
